Our consultation usually lasts around 30 to 45 minutes and is the best place to start if you are thinking about joining Carb Nation.
It gives you the chance to meet the team, see the facilities, and chat through your goals in a relaxed way. We will show you around both the main gym and the private personal training studio, then talk through the coaching options, packages and the best next step for you.
If you would like one, we can also include a basic stats and health check during your consultation.
It is a simple, friendly way for us to get to know you, and for you to get a feel for how we work, completely free of charge.
Our 1:1 personal training sessions are ideal if you want extra support, structure and accountability.
Every session is tailored to you, your goals and your current fitness level, so you get coaching that feels personal and realistic. Whether your focus is weight loss, building muscle, improving confidence in the gym, or working towards a specific fitness goal, we will build a plan around what works for you.
Sessions can take place in the main gym or in the private personal training studio, and you do not need a gym membership to train with us.
We also support clients who are preparing for fitness tests, events and other personal challenges, with coaching designed to help you progress safely and consistently.
Led by Coach Bethany, these 30 minute 1:1 sessions are designed for anyone who wants to improve mobility, flexibility and overall movement quality with focused support.
These sessions are ideal if you want to loosen up tight areas, improve range of motion, or move more comfortably in day to day life and training. Each session is tailored to your body, your goals and your current level.
Bethany has worked with clients of all ages and abilities, and supports a wide range of goals, from improving flexibility and mobility to helping clients move better during strength training.

Join our established team of athletes with weekly private group training. Train in an advanced, competitive environment with minimal rest & hardcore class plans which change up weekly.
Benefiting from a mixture of ergs & heavy weights, you’ll definitely be out of your comfort zone.
With 3 advanced sessions available on our timetable per week, members work on a mix of functional fitness, weighted training elements and cardiovascular endurance, helping you build strength, fitness and confidence over time.
Each session is coached with close support and guidance, so you can keep progressing while training safely and effectively.
Also open to non gym members.
