We built Carb Nation with one clear goal in mind, to create a coaching space that feels supportive, personal and built around real people.
As a male/female coaching team, we bring a powerful blend of experience, compassion and knowledge across every corner of the industry.
From stretch coaching to strength training, from competitive performance to long term health and mobility, we understand that no two journeys are the same – which is why our coaching is personalised, realistic, and grounded in genuine care.
We are incredibly proud of the community we have created and the clients who have made Carb Nation such a positive place to train.
Whether you’re preparing for a fitness test, navigating exercise through menopause, or simply wanting to feel stronger and healthier, our team are here to support you.
Maintaining an active lifestyle has always been a consistent part of my routine. Over time, this developed into a strong interest in structured training and personal performance based progressions.
During my younger years, I struggled with being severely underweight and found it difficult to gain any muscle, despite consistent effort. This has given me a clear appreciation of the complexities around body composition, and the importance of applying the right training and nutritional strategies to support individual goals.
My coaching approach is centred around delivering structured, evidence based programming tailored to the individual. I focus on creating a clear, progressive pathway for clients, whether the goal is to build muscle, reduce body fat, improve performance, or return to training following injury.
You can often find me leading advanced group training sessions, working with individuals who are looking to train at a higher intensity and develop strength, capacity and technical proficiency.
My specialist areas include strength and conditioning, with a focus on compound lifting, physique development, and competition preparation.

With a professional background in dance, performing, teaching & training around the world, I’m no stranger to the demands placed on the body – often training for up to 9 hours a day during my vocational years.
However, being part of an industry that often promoted unrealistic and unhealthy body standards led me to re-evaluate my own relationship with training and nutrition.
Upon exiting the industry, I made it my mission to rebuild that mindset and quickly developed a passion for strength training and studying evidence based nutrition.
Like many people, I’ve experienced the cycle of restriction and exercising for the wrong reasons. That journey is now my driving force.
I take real pride in supporting a diverse range of clients as they build a healthier relationship with their bodies… focusing on strength, confidence and long term wellbeing. Whether you’re recovery post-joint replacement, looking to increase flexibility or you’re prepping for a fitness event – I’ll meet you there and push you further than you thought possible.
My goal is to help you train with purpose, feel empowered, and develop a level of precision and understanding that lasts far beyond the gym.
