CONSULTATION PROCESS
An ideal chance to see the facilities and meet the team.

Clients will be given a full tour of both the main gym as well as the private personal training studio. From here, we'll have a short informal discussion about goals, packages and plans moving forward.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to get to know the coaches as well as us getting to know you!
1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Perfect for those who wish to benefit from extra support and guidance on a 1-1 basis. Sessions are designed with each client in mind in order to support their desired outcome & goals.
These sessions can take place either within the main gym facility or the private personal training studio - no monthly gym membership needed in order to become a part of our client base.

Each client will have a dedicated folder with their custom gym programmes, measurements as well as progressions noted by their coach throughout their journey.
​
Looking to train up for a military fitness test? lose weight? gain muscle? or improve your mobility? Our team have the skill set to support you on this journey in a safe, friendly and sustainable way.
​
Bulk session discounts and monthly coaching packages available, to be discussed during the consultation process.

LADIES GROUP COACHING
Open to all abilities, this group takes place every Monday and Wednesday morning within the in the private training studio.
Sessions consist of an hour workout followed by 30 minutes stretch and mobility work.

Carb Nation are unbelievably proud to have supported and created a safe fitness environment for ladies of all fitness backgrounds, ages and abilities. With a mixture of body weight, machine work and free weights, each session is planned with those attending in mind with alterations and adaptations available for those who may need it.

MIXED GROUP
A small group focussed around functional fitness, weighed elements and cardiovascular endurance.
​
Expect a challenging session each week under the watchful eyes of coach James.
Also open to non-gym members.

Monday: 6-7pm
An exclusive group created for women who wish to push their limits in an empowering, supportive environment.
​
Held within the private studio with both coaches, members will benefit from 1-1 guidance through compound weight lifting movements followed by a challenging group session.
​
One hour session followed by 15 minute comprehensive stretch & cool down lead by coach Bethany.
Also open to non-gym members.

Friday: 6:15-7:30am
